Ha Cha Youn is invited for a solo exhibition in Poitiers, presented in three different venues along with an artist residency within her adopted city since arriving in 1983 to pursue her studies in the arts.

Exile, migration, and uprooting are the central themes of this exhibition. Packing bags for travel, settling somewhere, and following rigorous routes often marked by mistreatment are explored through the outdoor installation Arrivals and the video performance Sweet Home 4. An installation in the form of a boat or a dumpster, entitled Container, presents objects created after the performance of Sweet Home 4, transforming them into another piece of artwork.
